Navajo Preparatory School STEAM Facility
This state-of-the-art STEAM building supports Navajo Preparatory School’s vision for 21st-century learning. The 36,000 sf Diné Center for the Arts features classrooms and labs arranged in an open, transparent layout for a true STEAM learning experience. The building layout itself provides flexibility and collaboration which excites the imagination and celebrates the culture of the Dine nation. The building includes a multi-use auditorium, robotics and engineering labs, visual and performing arts classrooms, a film and production studio, and a collaborative makerspace.
Working in close partnership with Navajo Prep, we transformed the façade to express the culture, essence and vision of the new Center for the Arts. Read more about how we celebrate heritage and check out the design transformation process at the article here.
