Where’s the bar?
Good problem-solvers are good thinkers. At FBT we embrace creative ways of thinking and push boundaries to exceed expectations, surpassing the bar. We’re not afraid to take risks, make mistakes and never shirk accountability. Our people are trusted to take initiative and seek guidance and advice when needed, but not rely on step-by step instruction. We are satisfied with nothing less than the very best in everything we do, discovering just how good we really can be. Don’t be timid–bring it!

There’s no ‘i’ in WOW!
As FBT stewards we realize every decision we make is a reflection of the firm and put our common goals first by being trustworthy, respectful and working with each other. Our team members consistently demonstrate an unselfish commitment to create a collaborative culture. We challenge each other with healthy debate and competition, but ultimately when we make a decision, our team stands collectively behind it. We hold others and ourselves accountable and consistently increase value for our clients, community and employees.
