Kelly Jernigan, Director of Colorado Springs Office, has been named Principal. Kelly has spent the last nine years at FBT focused on project management and strategic firm growth. After spending four years of her career gaining valuable insights working on the Owner’s side, Kelly transitioned to her role as Architect/Associate at FBT. Here, she has developed meaningful client relationships and successfully delivered complex projects, focusing on K-12 and higher education learning environments. She even stepped up to lead FBT’s office in Farmington, New Mexico before eventually landing in Colorado Springs, where she now directs our Colorado-based team. As Principal, Kelly will continue leading projects to success with her people-oriented mindset and eye for detail. She will also focus on the regional strategy for our Colorado team, continuing to drive growth through intentional relationship building and an eye towards the future. Well deserved, Kelly!
