Cibola Loop Multi-Generational Center
FBT is designing conceptual plans for the City of Albuquerque Cibola Loop Multi-Generational Center in Northwest Albuquerque. This two-phase 55,000 sf project includes a fitness center with a climbing gym, gymnasium with an elevated indoor running track, a social hall, and a variety of multi-use and classroom spaces. Site features include outdoor trails, athletic fields and an amphitheater. The project is sited to work with the sloping west to east topography and takes advantage of maximum views to the Sandia and Manzano Mountains to the east.
