500 Marquette

Albuquerque, NM

The goal for the renovations and interior improvements at downtown Albuquerque’s 500 Marquette was to create a clean, simple tonal palette that would suit a variety of corporate tenants.

The 15-story building opens into a 2-level Atrium with floor to ceiling glass, inviting occupants to work and entertain outside their offices in the expansive common area. Group gathering spaces were created with soft seating, coffee/side tables and bistro style touch-down areas to support a wide range of functions. Wi-fi connectivity and video conferencing are integrated throughout. Commercial furniture and sustainable textiles were selected for high traffic areas.

The conference room, eatery/lounge, restrooms, corridors and tenant lease space were all updated to building standards. Finishes included carpet, luxury vinyl tile, paint, casework finishes, floor and wall tile, quartz surfaces, restroom hardware, ceiling finishes, wallcovering and architectural lighting. Artwork throughout the space features indigenous plants of the southwest.
