A native Burqueño, Matthew’s passion for builidng started early—turning wood blocks and Legos into the foundation for a career in construction and architecture. Today, he brings that same hands-on mindset to every project, driven by a desire to see ideas take shape in the real world. His work in healthcare design reflects a deep understanding of patient experience, creating environments that feel welcoming, supportive and centered on wellbeing.

Outside the office, Matthew keeps pace with the energy of his two boys alongside his wife. From soccer and football to swimming, zoo visits and time outdoors, he embraces the everyday moments that make life full—and fun.
