Julio Juarez
Growing up in Mexico City and Chile, Julio developed an early appreciation for how people interact with the built environment. From the rich historical, social and economic layers of Mexico City to experiencing architecture on a personal scale in Chile, he became fascinated by the relationship between place, people and culture. Today, that passion drives his work in residential design. He enjoys creating homes that go beyond function—spaces where people see themselves, build memories and form meaningful connections to their surroundings.
After graduating from Universidad Iberoamericana, Julio launched his own development practice in Mexico City before joining several architecture firms in Dallas. His combined experience as both a developer and architect gives him a unique perspective on design, balancing creativity, constructability and business objectives. Outside the office, Julio enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring cities and observing how people use space in everyday life. He is also passionate about architectural photography and discovering new culinary experiences with his wife.
