Alcalde Elementary Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The ribbon cutting ceremony for the new FBT designed Alcalde Elementary School in Espanola took place today. It was a pleasure seeing the formerly portable campus transform into this stunner. Everybody was ecstatic!
