He has a deep appreciation for the city’s rich history, diverse culture and natural beauty—all of which inform his design approach. Ian is passionate about creating sustainable, high-performance buildings, leveraging thoughtful site strategies and innovative performative facades. With expertise in tools like Grasshopper, Ian focuses on balancing complexity, aesthetics and occupant well-being. His experience is rooted in commercial architecture, but he’s always excited to explore new project types. Outside the office, Ian enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with his fiancé—often revisiting the trails, parks and monuments that inspired his early interest in design.
