Maren joins Groundwork Studio with a background in environmental education and program management in the Pacific Northwest. Her work focuses on fostering equitable, culturally reflective, socio-ecological learning opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds. Her approach integrates collaborative visioning and decision making to elevate different perspectives and value systems throughout the planning and design process. A passion for regenerative land stewardship, food justice, and participatory planning led her to New Mexico to pursue a Masters in Community & Regional Planning with a concentration in Indigenous Planning.
